Returns & Exchanges

At Fringe Scarves, we want you to love your signature look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your scarf and place it back into its original protective sleeve and branded box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
